Through our partnership with Maximus, we assist employers to process their new hires through the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), a Federal program administered by Treasury and the Department of Labor.
The program targets groups of potential employees, including veterans, individuals with disabilities, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients. Employer credits range from one-time WOTC credits of up to $2,400 to two-year credits of up to $9,000 per qualified individual.
There are also other tax credit availble to you, including state hiring tax credits, location benefits, enterprise and empowerment zones and renewal community credits and negotiated benefits.
